The side gauge is attached with a metric/ imperial scale and front setter.	A safety feature of CE regulation.	Standard Equipment for H-0445 And Heavier models. Blade clearance (gap) is easily set by switching position of adjustment handle.	• The back gauge movement is driven by a motor, and transmitted through precision ball screw for fast and accurate movement. • A single position NC control unit with readout display provides accuracy and convenience.

		• All motion controls are centralized on same panel for easy operation. Selection of jog, single or continuous cutting mode is easily accessible.	• Bell transfer plates on table for easier work piece movement. • The full-length with full view finger guard prevents operator from cutting hazard.

• Adjustable rake angle design is standard feature for all models, this allows operator to obtain best rake angle for each application and minimized possible bowing & twist.
• Shadow line lighting covering full length of worktable, this is very helpful to operator for positioning & shearing workpiece and is standard feature for all models.
• Worktable mounted with ball transfer type plates, for easier loading and moving workpiece.
• Full-length and full view safety finger guard, to protect operator from cutting hazard.
• Standard foot remote switch is fitted with safety protection, the upper blade beam is designed to rise to top position immediately after operator removes his foot from this switch.
• All motors & pumps are overload protected, control cabinet wiring meets all international electrical codes & specifications.
• Selection of jog, single or continuous cutting mode, is easily accessible at the front of control panel.
• Single position NC type motorized backgauge, fast & precise travel 800mm driven via precision ball screw and guideway, can offer very high accuracy & repeatability within 0.1mm. This NC backgauge is standard equipment for H-0865 & heavier models, while it is option for lighter models.
